Rheumatoid Arthritis Cause

Rheumatoid arthritis cause in yet to be found out. It is thaught that the disease is caused by a infection in a person who is already genetically inclined to get the disease. As the disease is present world wide hence the infecting organism must be present every where.

The organisms that may be responsible include

  • cytomegalovirus
  • Epstein-Barr virus
  • Parvovirus
  • Rubella virus
  • Mycoplasma

Evidence linking the above organisms with the disease is yet to be found by researchers.

Hormonal, environmental and genetic factors are also being researched.
